Procedure for dissolving Nichigo G-Polymer™

The following procedure can be performed for easy dissolution.

1.Feed Nichigo G-Polymer™ slowly into cool water (below 30 ℃) under vigorous agitation
2.When powder is well dispersed, start heating
3.Keep mixing for 60 minutes at 90 ℃ or higher
4.Make sure the powder is completely dissolved
5.After powder dissolves completely, cool solution immediately

*If Nichigo G-Polymer™ is added at a time, residue might be created, and solubility may become worse.



2.When powder is well dispersed, start heating



3.Keep mixing for 60 minutes at 90℃ or higher



*The time required for complete dissolution depends on the grade and concentration.

*Be careful to avoid any rapid temperature increase, as this often causes severe foaming.

4.Make sure the powder is completely dissolved



5.After powder dissolves completely, cool solution immediately



*Fill the jacket with cold or ice water to cool.
*If there is any residue, filter it before use.

6.After dissolving, it is recommended that the product be stored in a sealed container and used as soon as possible.
